Our basic clean consists of

wiping and disinfecting all surfaces throughout the whole property.

Checking drawers and closets for items left behind. Items left behind by guest will be reported to the host immediately.

Changing out and washing all bedding and linens

Kitchen. Empty dishwasher, empty trash, clean out garbage disposal

Bathrooms. tubs, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors and empty trash

Wiping windowsills and dusting blinds

Vacuum/sweep/mop all floors

Wipe out/down all appliances

Restock/Refill all items host provides for guest

With all our STVR cleans we will send time and date stamped photos of any damage of the property and time and date stamped photos of each room after the property has been cleaned

We will also keep track of stock and report when items are getting low

Our deep clean comes with everything from our basic clean.

With the deep clean we will

Wash blinds, curtains and ceiling fans

Do a deep clean of all appliances, inside, outside and pull them away from the wall to clean under and behind them

Move all furniture away from the wall to clean under and behind them

Walls will get a good scrub top to bottom to remove dirt, grease and scuffs
